Trade Marketing Manager - Fixed Term Contract Our travel trade partners are a big part of how we sell holidays, and the Trade Marketing Manager makes sure our partners are informed, inspired, motivated to sell us, and that the marketing behind it is joined up, on brand, and works. In this role you'll sit across both our B2C marketing team and our Trade team. What you'll be doing: • Owning the annual trade content calendar and managing the trade marketing budget and ROI • Running trade media partnerships, including travel trade press • Keeping the B2B and PR calendar aligned with B2C campaigns so content goes further • Managing our trade social accounts alongside the B2C social team • Briefing and creating assets for agency partners and rolling them out across trade partner websites and owned channels • Developing the merchandising plan for our travel trade portal with the e-commerce team • Managing our presence at major trade events and building presentations and materials for the sales team • Working with our in-house studio and agency partners to produce content What you'll bring to the role: • Solid B2B marketing experience, client or agency-side • A good grip on the full campaign process: planning, briefing, creative, production, and measurement • Hands on experience with organic social and email marketing • Confidence negotiating with media owners and managing external partnerships • Strong organisation and the ability to keep multiple workstreams moving at once • Travel industry experience is a bonus, not a requirement What’s in it for you: In addition to your competitive base salary, you’ll qualify for our company wide bonus scheme which could see you earning up to an additional 20%25 on top of your base each year.
