TRADE MARKETING MANAGER - WESTERN CANADA

Happy Dad Canada is on the hunt for the next rock-star on our marketing team. The Trade Marketing Manager, Western Canada will play an integral role in the growth of our business across Western Canada. Although this is a remote position, candidates should be based in Calgary, Alberta.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for planning, developing and managing the implementation of various marketing initiatives across BC, Alberta and the Prairies.

· Working with the Director of Marketing, the Western Regional Manager, our internal sales and marketing teams and our agency partners to help develop and execute various programs in both the On and Off-Premise channels.
· Work with all key stakeholders (both internal and our partners/customers) to set, monitor and analyze program metrics.
· Win in the market by creating excitement amongst customers and consumers in all channels (liquor board, private retail, grocery and On-Premise)
· Manage the application process across various liquor boards, while nurturing relationships with key liquor board personnel.
· Act as a key player in preparing and delivering reports, identifying new
opportunities, developing sales forecasts and monitoring competitive activities and consumer trends.
· Manage and coordinate shipping of POS materials.
· Support with the planning and execution of in-market events, including on-site coordination as necessary.
