Description

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES AND CAPABILITIES:

  • 4-5 years’ experience on Trade Marketing in FMCG companies .
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or similar preferred.
  • Knowledge of the Italian trade.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Power Point.
  • Experience on Nielsen / IRI analysis.
Responsibilities
  • Pricing and promotional strategy: define approach for Italian customers, based on product tier and channel, ensuring compliance with Europe & African central guidelines, deploy it to sales teams and equip them for execution.
  • Promotional Displays: work closely with the marketing, logistic and sales teams to design, produce and manage promotional displays based on promotional calendars by customer, with the objective to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and improve market share.
  • Sales Support : Work with the sales team to develop trade promotional programs (incentives, hostesses, premiums, trade shows…) and campaigns that drive sales and brand awareness.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of trade marketing campaigns and programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop concept sells tailored by channels and customers.
  • Develop sales aids for customers.
  • Sales Merchandisers and replenishers teams management and coordination : deploy our commercial strategies to the agencies and secure compliance of instore execution through training, guidance and KPI measurement.
