Responsibilities

WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:

We are looking for a Trade Marketing Manager, based in London, to ensure the brand trade marketing plans are fully developed and executed in-line with the brand strategy and guidelines to support the commercial objectives and ambitions.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Reporting to the Senior Commercial Managers to develop the Trade Marketing Strategy in line with commercial objectives and KPI’s
  • Understand the brand positioning and global marketing strategy, and manage the successful implementation of these brand plans at a retailer level
  • Be an expert in the marketing platforms and levers across Pai’s retail partners
  • Work closely with the wider brand and content team to execute 360 plans by retailer to support overall marketing calendar
  • Ensure all plans are data driven and initiatives are regularly shared, demonstrating performance Vs KPIs and learnings for future plans
  • Responsible for development of Market Week decks and Retailer Presentations for use by the commercial team, working closely with Content & NPD teams
  • Work closely with content team to deliver in-store and online assets required by retailers.
  • Responsible for owning and updating the retailer asset needs ahead of launch moments to ensure assets are delivered to retailers in a timely manner
  • Ownership of the sampling and GWP plan by retailer including forecasting and allocation of activity.
  • Event management in collaboration with UK/US/FR store trainers & ambassadors
  • Actively identify and understand emerging beauty trends and opportunities such as new content format, types, channels, topics
  • Ensure trade marketing budget is maintained and on track, working with Finance team on reporting and ensuring activity is on budget and ROI is monitored
