Position Snapshot Location: Belgrade, Serbia Team: Business Development Line Manager: Business Development Manager Purina ADR South     Position Summary   Are you ready for your next challenges?   As a Trade Marketing Manager Purina, your role is to drive growth of the category by identifying opportunities, aligning strategies, and ensuring strong execution in the market.   Trade Marketing Manager Purina   A day in the life of MDO Manager Purina ADR South Hub Adapt the category strategy into market-specific plans that reflect the unique needs of local channels and customers. Define detailed customer and channel plans using consumer, shopper, and customer insights, enriched with local data. Support key customers in building their category strategies through data-driven insights and strong collaboration. Shape and implement the in-store activities for each segment and channel, ensuring visibility and effectiveness. Lead the local Integrated Commercial Planning (ICP) process, aligning with global strategies and local business goals. Develop POSM and promotional co-packing/SRP materials for all covered markets. Collaborate with Sales to build performance-driven TTS plans, monitor ROI, and optimize trade investments. Act as a guardian of ICP execution, tracking progress, identifying gaps, and coordinating corrective actions. Drive CATMAN development for selected customers, enhancing their category performance.     What will make you successful? Ideally, you have at least 4-5 years of experience in trade marketing, customer management, sales, or related field. You have great negotiation capabilities, as well as strong bussines planning skills. You are a team player and result-focused with strong communication and presentation skills. You have excellent knowledge of English language, both written and spoken. You are advanced user of MS Office package.       What we offer?
