Responsibilities

THE ROLE

The Trade Marketing Manager will drive the growth of the Tangle Teezer brand in North America. This role reports into the Senior Marketing Manager, supporting the team’s strategic vision and executing an omnichannel trade marketing strategy in key beauty, professional, and mass retail channels across US, CA & MX that aligns with the global brand messaging, delivers against key retail channel priorities and supports big bet activations – driving increased brand awareness, higher conversion rates and sales.

IN THIS ROLE YOU’LL GET TO:

  • Support in the development of strategy and lead execution of 360° brick & mortar and dot com trade marketing plans, including timely execution of new product launches, delivering best in class in-store POS materials, merchandising, digital shelf and e-commerce activities.
  • Partner with global brand team to develop locally impactful initiatives that align with global brand campaign goals and messaging.
  • Collaborate with the internal sales team and key retailers to support retailer needs and ensure successful end-to-end execution to meet key priorities and sales targets.
  • Lead creative direction for traditional & digital marketing collateral for NA specific retail & consumer marketing programs.
  • Analyze market data to identify specific consumer, channel, and retailer needs, building appropriate launch plans & go-to-market strategies that suit these needs.
  • Develop strong relationships with retailers and external agencies to ensure successful content & activation execution.
  • Partner with internal sales and marketing teams to create post-activation recaps for key retail accounts.
  • Own trade marketing calendar and monthly trade marketing updates to share with key stakeholders.Clear management of KPI tracking for all key accounts.
