We are looking for a dynamic Trade Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, execution and optimization of our marketing initiatives across TGB. You will work closely with both commercial and brand teams and be the driving force behind in-store campaigns, omni-channel activations that elevate brand visibility, drive footfall and convert browsers into loyal customers. Partnering with our existing customers (Distributors/Retailers/Wholesalers) to drive category growth. Supporting the commercial team as we continue to expand TGB deeper and wider in existing markets and new territories. Partner with our Customers •Partner with our commercial team and work directly with our customers: a mix of wholesalers, retailer and Distributors. •You will be expected to create and deliver compelling presentations, and work with buyers to help design and grow their nail category. Marketing Strategy Development: •Develop a robust trade marketing strategy to drive revenue and brand awareness across all channels. •Analyse market trends, pop culture moments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and acquisition. Go to Market Roll Out •Develop marketing toolkits, POS, and sales materials to support B2B partners and the field sales team. Collaboration and Cross-Functional Coordination: •Collaborate with the commercial teams to optimise promotions, sales, and online merchandising. •Work in conjunction with the Brand and Social teams to create compelling trade-driving content and communication to drive traffic, engagement, and sales across channels. •Partner with the Senior Brand Manager to align trade marketing efforts with overall brand and departmental goals. Data-Driven Decision Making: •Work in conjunction with our insights team to review and interpret data to inform trade marketing decisions that resonate with our target audience. Campaign Execution: •Execute an effective trade marketing plan, including promotions and acquisition campaigns. •Lead all trade marketing activity for new product launches, including developing launch plans and coordinating with sales and brand teams. About you: We are looking for a collaborative professional with proven experience in retail marketing within a B2B or B2C environment. Excellent project management and communication skills. Solid stakeholder management and leadership skills. A creative thinker with a commercial mindset, able to interpret and present analytics. Beauty is preferred not essential. Minimum of 3 years of experience in trade marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful strategies. Experience working in a consumer products business. Strong understanding of B2B marketing dynamics and experience working with wholesalers and key accounts. Experience of omnichannel activation. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships. Why TGB?
