Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support our customers (property agents), including digital marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, and event marketing.
  • Maintain customer engagement with focus on strategic planning and campaign implementation (including Go-to-Market, product marketing, marketing communication, competitor analysis)
  • Implementation of tactical campaigns for new sales and product launches
  • Conduct customer research (for property landscape) to understand customer needs and behaviour than provide insight for business improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership and agent managers to understand agent needs and align marketing efforts with sales goals and increasing revenue.
  • Create & planning marketing campaign in every communication channel needed (email marketing, push notification, web banner etc) to grow product awareness, adoption and purchase
  • Contribute and maintain agent life cycle journey
  • Create compelling marketing materials for agents to use in their own outreach, such as property brochures, social media graphics, email templates, and presentations.
  • Analyze and derive insights related to marketing metrics and data
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as data, content and product team on a regular basis to ensure effectiveness of marketing activations
