Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Senior Trade Marketing Manager – ANZ, you’ll lead the planning and execution of trade marketing campaigns, incentive programs, and retail activations. With strong project management skills, you’ll ensure flawless delivery of seasonal launches, events, and POS execution — from concept through to installation.
You’ll work cross-functionally with sales, brand, global marketing, operations, and external partners to ensure brand consistency and retail excellence across all touchpoints.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead end-to-end project management of trade marketing campaigns, including timelines, budgets, stakeholder communication, and execution.
  • Develop and implement trade incentive programs to drive customer engagement and sales.
  • Coordinate product launches, roadshows, and retail activations, ensuring high-impact execution across ANZ.
  • Manage POS materials, in-store displays, and merchandising solutions.
  • Adapt global marketing toolkits for the local market, ensuring they align with regional needs and standards.
  • Maintain B2B communications and provide regular reporting on campaign performance and ROI.
  • Oversee permanent fixture rollouts and in-store elevations (windows, pop-ups) in partnership with creative agencies and vendors.
  • Support budget tracking, forecasting, and purchase order processing.
