Learn more: jti.com Trade Marketing Specialist (B2B/B2C online/offline) In this role you will be responsible for supporting in planning and following up marketing and trade cycles & activities with development and execution of effective trade marketing tools including its logistics. You will aim to ensure exact and timely follow up of the activities and the evaluation of KPI-s. and will participate in permanent equipment development and its qualitative execution. Responsibilities Ensure support of cycle planning process, including high quality offline and online materials & developments and initiatives execution in line with deadlines and precise administration. Active participation in developing permanent and temporary equipment (POSM) in line with brand and visibility strategy. Contribute to Merchandising standards development and its efficiency assessment including related reporting. Responsible for continuous tracking and administration related to POSM flow starting from bidding, development, purchasing and finishing with timely logistics & installation with proper budget planning and monitoring. Ensure proper field force briefing materials readiness including all planograms preparation. Manage cycle briefing meetings and its follow-ups. Work in close collaboration with the respective colleagues of Marketing, Sales, Finance, Logistics provider and all relevant stakeholders in order to ensure alignment and integration of activities. Requirements Min. 3 years relevant experience in Marketing / Sales area with focus on POSM experience and offline/online cycle materials development; experience in managing agencies Fluent English, Hungarian Results oriented, organized (ability to manage many tasks) Cross-collaborative, communication and presentation skills Thoroughness, analytical skills, attention to detail and accuracy Advanced MS Office skills (especially Excel) High degree of flexibility and proactiveness Creativity and ideas out of the box University degre What to expect?
