Job Description We’re looking for a driven Trade Marketing Specialist to bring our trade promotions and partner activations to life across markets, working closely with Sales and Marketing to deliver impactful in-store execution. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys turning strategy into action and driving visible commercial results through strong partner collaboration. The position is available for candidates based in Portugal, Poland, or the Czech Republic. What you’ll do Coordinate and execute trade marketing activities for dealers and trade partners, ensuring consistent activation across markets. Support development and execution of trade promotions, promo mechanics, campaigns, and activation calendars in line with commercial priorities. Coordinate creation, adaptation, and rollout of POS materials, trade marketing assets, and sales support materials in collaboration with Brand, Marketing, and Design teams. Work closely with Sales, Key Account, and Commercial teams to align trade marketing activities with sales objectives and customer needs. Support local market and partner needs by adapting trade marketing initiatives to specific market requirements while maintaining overall framework consistency. Support planning and coordination of trade marketing activities within approved budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Track, consolidate, and support reporting on trade marketing performance, including promo effectiveness, partner feedback, and execution quality. Contribute to development and continuous improvement of trade marketing processes, toolkits, and activation standards. Perform other marketing and trade marketing–related tasks as assigned by the direct manager or team leader. Qualifications What we’re looking for 2–4 years of experience in Trade Marketing, B2B Marketing, or Commercial Marketing roles Experience working with Sales and Key Account teams Good understanding of trade promotions, POSM, and partner activation mechanics Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Strong coordination, planning, and execution skills Solid understanding of trade marketing principles, partner activation, promo mechanics, and sell-in / sell-out drivers. Experience coordinating promotional campaigns, POSM development, and trade marketing assets across multiple markets. Ability to work effectively with Sales, Key Account, Marketing, and external partners to deliver integrated trade initiatives. Experience supporting trade marketing planning, budget coordination, and basic performance reporting. Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace for planning, coordination, and reporting.
