Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Trade Marketing Specialist  based in our Sofia office, who will plan the category growth across various sales channels and regions, managing the category portfolio, and improving the positioning of NPPC products through strategic meetings with key LKA. The candidate will drive a coordinated approach to enhance category recognition in trade, manage price promotions, and improve the quality of category presentation at points of sale (POS), while effectively utilizing trade expenses.   A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A TRADE MARKETING SPECIALIST 1.    Category Development:•     Plan for category growth across various sales channels and regions.•    Conduct meetings with key LKA to address specific cases and enhance the positioning of NPPC products.•    Manage the category portfolio, including planograms and display execution.2.    Competitive Analysis:•    Conduct competitor analyses to identify opportunities and threats for the category.•    Develop strategies to position NPPC products against competitors.3.    New Product Launches:•     Coordinate the preparation and execution of new product launches, ensuring alignment among marketing, sales, and supply chain.•     Create merchandising standards and proposals for sales activities to support product launches.4.    Point of Sale Materials Management:•     Propose yearly planning for point of sales materials, including budget monitoring and ensuring timely delivery.•     Collaborate with marketing for creative solutions related to point of sales materials.5.    Promotional Activities Execution:•     Ensure execution of promotional activities aligns with pre/post evaluations to optimize return on investment (ROI) and manage trade spend.•    Influence and direct the sales force in managing stock levels to minimize waste.6.    Budget Management:•     Monitor and manage the budget for trade marketing activities to ensure efficient use of resources.•    Prepare financial reports and analyses to evaluate the return on investment (ROI).7.    Collaboration and Support:•     Actively collaborate with the commercial department, supporting the sales team to ensure focus on the category.•    Provide insights on the Pet Category through data analysis from point of sales, shoppers, and consumers.8.    Training and Development:•     Organize training sessions for the sales team on new products, promotions, and category trends.•     Maintain a high level of knowledge and skills by participating in seminars and conferences.9.    Communication and Feedback:•     Serve as a liaison between NPPC, RSM, SV, and the sales team.•     Evaluate the effectiveness of channel category plans through regular market visits and provide feedback to relevant stakeholders.    WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL?  •     Excellent level of English and Bulgarian language (written and spoken)•    Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in Marketing  will be considered as advantage•    University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related•     Good computer knowledge•     Energetic•    The ability to work well in a team and communicate•    Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail•    Desire to learn  WHAT WE OFFER: •    A culture that fosters inclusion, diversity and innovation •    International work environment  •    Work from Home - Hybrid and flexible approach •    Attractive package, including food vouchers, sports cards, additional days paid leave •    Parental policy •    Medical subscription for our employees and their spouse and children, including annual medical check-up for employees     What are you waiting for?  If you are interested in this career opportunity and what to join our team, please submit your application.
