Description

Overview To lead Perfect Store Merchandising solution, POSM innovation and relevant process management, and improve the budget efficiency from business perspective and ZBB strategy. Close corporate with TM category team, TM channel team and Perfect Store team to drive excellent in-store execution. Responsibilities Develop and design merchandising solution and innovation of Perfect Store strategy, brand campaign and playbook campaign. Be responsible for tools’ production and procurement. Communicate with vendors to ensure that the quality, SPEC and delivery time of materials meet requirements. Merchandising process management which including but not limited to implementation manual design, relevant system development and inventory management with cross funcation. Monitor merchandising budget efficiency from business perspective and reinforce ZBB strategy landing. Annual Perfect Store Guidebook and product brochure. Leverage new technology (GPS/AI/AR), new platform to provide SMART solution to elevate Perfect Store visibility, accuracy and efficiency. Set up in-store compound tracking ability model to lead and evaluate in store execution. Qualifications Minimum 2 years working experience in trade marketing, Perfect Store and related, if in multi-national company is preferred Perfect multi-dimensional task handle skill. Good strategic and logical thinking skills. Effective communication and influencing skill, good English and Chinese.
