JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Trade Operation Executive will work closely with the Traders, Charterers, Finance Department in both Singapore Office and Head Office in Beijing with job scope including but not limited to the following:

• All operations activities are conducted in compliance with relevant operating standards.
• Negotiation, preparation and execution of contracts, credit, charter party, bill of lading & other usual shipping documents etc…
• Liaise with HQ Operations for trade/shipment information.
• Monitoring trade logistic process including cargo loading and/or discharging, product quality management, freight insurance, agent, surveyor etc…
• Prepare invoices and payments to suppliers and/or customers.
• Monitoring and verifying all trade related incoming and outgoing payments.
• Liaise with bankers for Financing, Letter of Credit (L/C) issuance, and preparing LC documentation (import/export) for submission.
• Maintaining timely and accurate trade accounting and finance records.
• Pro-active management of demurrage and other trade related claims.
• Checking, verifying and safekeeping of trade related documents, billing/invoicing maintaining, trade finance recording.
• Developing, maintaining and enhance the relationships with third parties / companies / associates.
• Any other tasks as may be assigned.
