£26,200 Base Salary + Bonus | OTE £35,000–£40,000

We’re looking for a Trade Operations Assistant to join our team in Bradford - someone who can confidently handle both purchasing from the public and selling to the trade, all while keeping deals smooth, accurate, and profitable.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Negotiating with the Public: Speak directly with sellers, assess motorcycle condition, and agree pricing.
  • Selling B2B: Handle wholesale sales to traders, auction buyers, and dealerships.
  • Post-Collection Checks: Liaise with delivery drivers to confirm bike condition and adjust pricing if needed.
  • Trade Handover Management: Ensure all logistics, paperwork, and keys are in order before delivery.
  • Multi-Channel Communication: Manage multiple deals daily via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in person.
  • Earning Commission: The better you buy and sell, the more you earn—simple as that.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Industry experience—ideally from motorcycle retail, trade, or auctions.
  • Mechanical understanding—able to spot cosmetic and mechanical faults.
  • Strong negotiation skills—you know how to get the right deal.
  • Logistics coordination—comfortable working with drivers and handling collections.
  • Process confidence—ensuring trade handovers and documentation are handled professionally.
  • A high-energy, target-driven mindset—you thrive on quick decisions and commission-based earnings.
