LSH Auto is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Trade Parts Sales Specialist to join our team at our Stockport dealership. In this role, you will be responsible for maximising sales and providing exceptional support to our trade customers by ensuring they receive the correct parts and outstanding service. Your expertise in automotive parts will be essential in building strong relationships with our trade clients and driving sales growth. Hours: 45 per week Salary: Up to £30,387 plus OTE bonus Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue sales opportunities in the trade parts market. Manage customer relationships and provide expert support on parts availability and specifications. Process orders accurately and efficiently while ensuring timely delivery of parts. Work collaboratively with the operations team to maintain optimal inventory levels. Stay updated on automotive trends and product offerings to provide informed recommendations. Achieve and exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service. Qualifications: Previous experience in automotive parts sales or a related field. Solid understanding of automotive components and systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive and results-oriented with strong negotiation abilities. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Familiarity with inventory management systems and sales software.
