Responsibilities
  • Handle finance information for retail/TM US customers through inbound calls
  • Support Tier II team
  • Handle back-office processes as needed
  • Comply with the department KPIs
  • Support and help on Process documentation
  • Complete all reports assigned in the required recurrence
  • Transfer incidents to internal departments
  • Analyze and handle situations that may arise, different from the work routine
  • Improve processes to provide more effective results
  • Handle back-office processes as needed
