Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
As Trade Planner you will be the market lead and ownership of Trade Marketing & Deployment (TM&D) agenda through appropriate systems and process enablement.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Acting as the End Market leader and owner of TM&D systems
- Ensuring that all relevant data are of the highest quality to enable efficient and effective operation
- Acting as Power BI super user/Concordia Data Stew for End Market. Ensure efficient implementation of Power BI data as part of monthly process.
- Assist in the upgrades and maintenance of local TM&D systems (Salesforce Master data), Recommend changes / improvements that support business needs
- Formalizing and documenting the use of the system i.e. procedures, processes, responsibilities and deliver training to relevant end users.
- Developing standard and ad hoc reports that meet business requirements.
- Implementing opportunities for better enablement (usage of systems, procedures, processes, ways of working).
- Planning FY bonus structure and key performance indicators for Field Force, lead quarterly review and present final recommendation to top management
- Planning and deploying campaigns and activities related to the sales cycle in cooperation with the FF management, KAM and Trade marketing in relevant systems and procedures
- Ensuring all customer and product data are up to date before beginning of each Sales Cycle (SC).
- Contributing to deliver the NO SC plan activities in line with strategy and processes to supervise results.
- Generating required reports from Power BI, Intrack to back office and sales team.
- Representing Norway market in sharing best practices and drive collaboration among Trade Planners across Nordics end-markets
