For more details about the Function please visit this Link Role Overview The Walmart team’s Trade Planning Lead (TPL) is responsible for driving incremental volume growth and sustaining existing volume by understanding customer needs and linking them to GMI’s product and service strategies. In this role you will manage data analytics, insights, trade planning and channel engagement for Walmart + Club Channel Customers (Costco, Sam’s Club, BJ’s). You will partner closely with the Channel Development Manager to drive business growth. You will have the opportunity to work directly with the customer team for GMI’s largest customers, gain significant exposure to a wide array of systems & platforms and help lead the innovation pipeline, including category expansion. Strong candidates for this role will have previous experience collaborating closely with cross-functional partners, the ability to flex between strategic vision and execution, and strong analytics experience. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 50% of Time Problem Solving, Analytics & Insights · Retrieve and analyze syndicated customer and consumer data to understand category and/or industry trends · Utilize Walmart data, paired with Nielsen data, to identify issues and opportunities.
