Responsibilities Position Purpose: The Operations trade platform support team is responsible for maintenance and support of order management system including account and limit set ups for Derivatives product complex. Primary duties will include: Liaise with vendors on system-related support and implementation issues, bugs, fixes, enhancements OMS User creation, limits & required setup to facilitate clients trading On-boarding, of Trading Clients to various Exchange via Sponsored or FIX protocol & APIs Implement automation of report generation, OMS SOD credit limits & positions parsing, and upload & reconciliations of positions limits Provide first line support for customer trading and system functionality support. Monitor actively and respond to alerts within trading system atmosphere Record all queries in client related to trade support analysis Provide support for internal and external stakeholders on trading system support. Be adept to operation’s team processes and ensures procedures are up to date. Be proactive in reviewing and identifying areas for processes improvements aimed as increase efficiency and improving control environment for the team. Participate in project deliveries, UAT and Ad-hoc system testing as nominated by line manager. Qualifications To land this role you will need: A good Bachelor’s degree or exceptionally strong results in a Diploma or equivalent qualification 2+ years of relevant experience in Trading Systems administration and/or Derivatives Operations Work with high standards of accuracy and diligence Ability to work in a team environment and interact with all levels of the organizations. Demonstrate ability to work independently, multi-task, and consistently meet deadlines. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English Working environment: 4 days in office, 1 day remote #LI-Hybrid #LI-KV1
