Description:
Overview:
Permanent, full-time, hybrid (3 days per week in an office) #LI-Hybrid #LI-MH1
Support trading platforms in the areas of onboarding, administration, functionality and connectivity for futures/options, securities and FX markets.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as initial point of contact for trading related questions and issues
- Onboard, maintain, and decommission traders on futures, fixed income, equities, and FX trading applications
- Above average knowledge to support several futures trading applications including but not limited to CQG, CTS, Trading Pro, Trading Technologies, TOMS and IRESS. Plus exchange tools such as; WebICE and ClearPort
- Interact with trading system vendors to resolve firm related issues and outages
- Work closely with internal Stone X departments including Compliance and Risk
- Interact with futures exchanges to resolve firm related issues and outages
- Understand and explain features and functionality of trading applications
- Assign products and risk controls to users and accounts per Risk Department
- Acquire and maintain any licensing or certification as required
- Provide support on global markets open 24/6
- Inform customers of StoneX order entry practices and policies
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers and employees
- Maintain prompt and regular attendance

Qualifications:
- Fixed Income and equities experience a plus
- Extensive experience in futures or FX marketplace/customer service
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
- Strong analytical and judgment skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong work ethic and emphasis on attention to details
- Strong typing and computer skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
