Description:

Overview:
Permanent, full-time, hybrid (3 days per week in an office) #LI-Hybrid #LI-MH1
Support trading platforms in the areas of onboarding, administration, functionality and connectivity for futures/options, securities and FX markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as initial point of contact for trading related questions and issues
  • Onboard, maintain, and decommission traders on futures, fixed income, equities, and FX trading applications
  • Above average knowledge to support several futures trading applications including but not limited to CQG, CTS, Trading Pro, Trading Technologies, TOMS and IRESS. Plus exchange tools such as; WebICE and ClearPort
  • Interact with trading system vendors to resolve firm related issues and outages
  • Work closely with internal Stone X departments including Compliance and Risk
  • Interact with futures exchanges to resolve firm related issues and outages
  • Understand and explain features and functionality of trading applications
  • Assign products and risk controls to users and accounts per Risk Department
  • Acquire and maintain any licensing or certification as required
  • Provide support on global markets open 24/6
  • Inform customers of StoneX order entry practices and policies
  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers and employees
  • Maintain prompt and regular attendance

Qualifications:

  • Fixed Income and equities experience a plus
  • Extensive experience in futures or FX marketplace/customer service
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
  • Strong analytical and judgment skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and emphasis on attention to details
  • Strong typing and computer skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
