Location: Washington, D.C. (Hybrid) Experience: 2–7 years Position An international trade law practice seeks an attorney to support trade remedies matters, including antidumping and countervailing duty proceedings. The role involves working on administrative proceedings before U.S. trade agencies and assisting with related regulatory and litigation matters. The position offers hands-on involvement in active matters and the opportunity to take increasing ownership of work. Responsibilities Work on antidumping and countervailing duty proceedings before the U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. International Trade Commission Assist with development of factual records, questionnaire responses, and agency submissions Conduct legal and factual research related to U.S. trade remedy laws and regulations Draft memoranda, briefs, and correspondence for agency and court proceedings Support verification preparation and on-site or remote verifications as needed Track deadlines and coordinate filings in administrative and judicial proceedings Work collaboratively with attorneys and other professionals on active matters Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school 2–7 years of experience in trade remedies, international trade, or related regulatory work Experience with AD/CVD proceedings before Commerce and/or the ITC preferred Admission to a U.S. state bar (DC preferred) Strong research, writing, and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple matters independently Additional Information The firm is open to candidates at different stages of practice, with title and compensation determined based on experience and role alignment.
