BATA IS LOOKING FOR A TRADE REPRESENTATIVE TO JOIN THEIR QUEENSLAND TEAM.

At BAT Australia, our Trade Representatives play a crucial role in successfully implementing company strategies with retailers. We are seeking driven, passionate, and ambitious individuals to join our Western Australia team and support in bringing these strategies from the ground up.

CRITICAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Previous experience in any sales or marketing role is an advantage
  • Experience in the FMCG industry is preferred
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen and adept relationship management skills (internal and external partners)

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR?

  • Effective execution of national campaign activities, including all aspects of Outlet Coverage and Territory Coverage Plans (TCP)
  • Develop and maintain mutually beneficial commercial relationships with external collaborators
  • Foster effective working relationships with internal collaborators
  • Provide industry and product knowledge to retailers
  • Execute brand and trade strategies seamlessly at the store level
  • Utilise category management principles to ensure awareness of category relevance at store level
  • Continually develop your skill set in line with the evolving industry and regulatory environment
