Join National Tiles working in this hybrid role that will support our Retail Sales and Trade Sales based in our Biggera Waters Store! Part-time - 13 hours per week - additional hours available at all our locations Must have availability -  Fri/Sat Full time - Tue-Sat  Mon-Fri - $28.12 ph Sat - $33.18 ph This is a unique opportunity where you will provide exceptional customer service by guiding customers through their projects and ensuring a welcoming and inspiring experience. * Eagerness to learn - on-the-job training provided * Naturally positive and thrive in a team-based environment * Organised, diligent and a safe operator - Housekeeping is important to us! * Comfortable with the use of computers and POS systems * Capable of handling heavy objects (in excess of 25kg) * Previous experience in a trade, retail or similar environment is an advantage but not essential * Take our customers through our stunning range of products and offer expert advice  * Create customer quotes and follow up after their visit * Promote the Trade Club Plus program to all new customers * Support with stock arrivals and prepare customer orders * Keep up to date with product knowledge through training and resources * Work collaboratively within a friendly and dynamic team * Maintain showroom standards, ensuring things are kept clean and tidy * Actively promote safety and abide by all OH&S procedures * Access ongoing training and career development through our National Tiles Academy * Enjoy generous incentives and weekly pay * Enjoy great savings across a wide range of retail brands though our employee benefit apps * Benefit from wellbeing support via Sonder and recognition programs that celebrate your contributions * Receive exclusive staff and family discounts and top retailers, including ours - to bring style into your own home
