Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Consult with trade and commercial clients in person, over
    the phone, and via email, using our CRM/ERP systems (NetSuite) and

customer service platform (Kustomer).

  • Styling Expertise: Provide professional interior styling advice, including

spatial planning and design presentations, to create tailored solutions for

clients.

  • Product Knowledge: Continuously develop in-depth knowledge of our

products, suppliers, and industry trends to position yourself as an expert

resource for clients.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, Customer Service, and

Warehouse/Fulfilment teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from

enquiry to delivery.

  • Account Management:Manage trade and commercial client relationships

end-to-end, from initial enquiry through to delivery and after-sales follow-up,

ensuring an exceptional customer experience at every stage.

  • Retention & Negotiation: Apply effective negotiation and influencing skills to

retain at-risk orders and maximise revenue. Handle cancellations, returns, and
exchanges professionally, working to find solutions that meet client needs

while protecting business outcomes.

  • Database Growth: Nurture and grow the spend of our existing trade and

commercial client database, while actively prospecting new leads and

networking within the design and architecture community.

  • Sales Performance: Consistently work towards company-set budgets and

KPIs, delivering strong sales results. Actively identify opportunities to upsell,

cross-sell, and grow client accounts over time.

  • Brand Representation: Act as a Life Interiors brand ambassador, maintaining

and elevating our reputation as an industry leader.

  • Team Contribution: Positively engage with the sales team and the wider Life

Interiors team culture.
