Title: Trade Sales Manager
Reports to: Head of Sales & Services

Remuneration: Up to £40,000 Basic with OTE 100% Bonus

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Trade Sales Manager is responsible for proactively developing new business relationships with trade clients, including interior designers, architects, builders, and installers, ensuring excellent customer service and profitable sales growth.

ROLE SPECIFIC SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Proven ability to generate and convert trade leads
  • Excellent negotiation and sales skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Highly proactive and driven by sales targets
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities, especially with tradespeople
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about bathroom products and related industries (Desirable)
  • Full, clean driving license (Preferred)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the primary contact for trade customers, managing inquiries, showroom visits, and converting leads into profitable sales.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with trade clients to understand and cater to their specific needs and preferences.
  • Proactively generate new business opportunities through outbound activities, including calls, visits, and networking.
  • Support clients by developing project concepts and visualizations using advanced 3D and VR technologies.
  • Regularly gather and analyse customer feedback, encourage positive online reviews, and perform ongoing market research.
  • Collaborate closely with the customer service and after-sales teams to swiftly address and resolve any client issues, improving customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and timely updates within the company’s CRM and ERP systems.
