TRADE SALES MANAGER

Location: Guelph, ON
Cornerstone Trade Solutions Inc. is a growing mechanical company specializing in Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical services across the Guelph, Wellington, and Waterloo regions. We are a young, energetic, and professional team dedicated to delivering quality solutions for residential, commercial, and high-rise projects.
We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in HVAC to lead our sales efforts, build lasting client relationships, and drive business growth. In this role, you’ll work alongside seasoned professionals from each of our trades, gaining the support and expertise needed to deliver exceptional results.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the HVAC or mechanical trades industry.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, with knowledge of Plumbing and Electrical considered an asset.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Leadership skills with experience managing or mentoring a team.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
