Stannah are looking for a dynamic Trade Sales Manager to champion Stannah’s Platform, Service & Goods (PSG) lift range across the UK. You’ll build strong partnerships with trade customers, deliver exceptional service, and use your expertise to guide them to the right solutions. You’ll bring proven experience in trade sales within the construction or lift industry, along with a strong understanding of the PSG lift market, trade channels, and the needs of trade customers. Your industry insight and commercial awareness will help you build credibility quickly and drive meaningful growth. Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:30-17:30 and Friday 08:30 - 13:30 Trade Sales Manager Responsibilities: Achieve annual trade sales targets, driving revenue and profitability across the PSG lift range. Build and maintain strong relationships with trade customers, ensuring repeat business and long‑term loyalty. Develop and execute strategies to grow sales through distributors, installers, and wider trade channels. Provide accurate quotations, technical guidance, and product expertise to ensure compliant, fit‑for‑purpose solutions. Excellent negotiation, relationship‑building, and commercial skills, supported by the ability to plan and manage workload effectively. Confident with technical lift specifications and compliance requirements, and proficient in IT systems including Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM tools.
