Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE

Join our Decorative Paints division and you will maximise the sales and profit of our brands through key regional trade partner outlets, designated retail stores and professional contractors. This will involve developing strong relationships with customers such Trade partners, retailers as well as key construction companies, architects, professional specifiers and design teams.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop excellent relationships with customers.
  • Identify & win new business/distribution opportunities.
  • Support regional Trade Partner stores sales to trade customers
  • Build a clear understanding of customer objectives & KPI’s.
  • Develop a strong technical understanding of our product range in order to understand customer needs & provide technical guidance to strengthen our offer.
  • Negotiate pricing/promotions within agreed parameters.
  • Help resolve customer queries/complaints.
  • Produce regular performance reporting.
  • Monitor & report on market/competitor activities
