Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE

Reporting to the State Account Manager, this newly created role is responsible for driving the growth of our Melbourne customer base through the execution of our Trade Sales strategy. You’ll be tasked with operating as a key technical advisor and product knowledge specialist in the Trade segment of the Silicone, Sealants & Adhesives Industry.
As a high performing experienced Sales Representative, you will have the natural ability to build effective relationships with Trade Distributors / Stores and Trade End Users to generate profitable sales revenue by leveraging your experience in sales, account management and new business acquisition.
This role offers autonomy, variety and the right amount of challenge that will keep you learning and growing your knowledge and skills. You’ll also be surrounded by a team of experts and leader who will support you to succeed in this customer facing role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execution of the Selleys Trade Sales Strategy / Plan business plans
  • Support Trade Distributors with end user requirements in relation to product, service and sales
  • Achievement of sales budgets and growth targets
  • Profile customers, develop and execute B2B business and call plans
