The role demands strong field presence, client relationship management, and hands-on event/roadshow execution. Key Responsibilities: Acquire new travel agents & tour operators; strengthen existing partnerships Lead and manage a team of field sales executives Plan, monitor & drive daily client visits Organize roadshows, trade meets & represent the company at industry events Identify new markets/cities for expansion Build partnerships with travel associations Requirements: 4-5 years in travel industry sales Strong existing network with travel agents & tour operators Proven experience managing field sales teams
