What you’ll be working on As our new Trade Services Executive, you'll: Be the voice of CMC Markets, responding to client queries via phone, email, live chat, and messaging. Act as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional service that keeps our clients coming back. Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience, contributing to our industry-leading reputation. Provide our clients a world-class experience. Your experience and expertise directly impacts the satisfaction of our clients, as millions of their trades are successfully executed annually. What will help you be successful? Has a strong customer service orientation and thrives in a client-centric environment. Demonstrates passion and enthusiasm for the global financial markets, CFD trading, or investments industry. Communicates effectively, both verbally and in writing. Shows resilience and adaptability in a high-volume call centre setting. Eligibility to work in Australia permanently.
