About the job: As a Trade & Shopper Manager (all genders), you contribute to leading Trade & Shopper Marketing through the upcoming transformation toward a more digital and sustainable future. You are responsible for developing and implementing in-store excellence in the market for the brands under your responsibility, always with the goal of increasing brand love among healthcare professionals (HCPs) and end consumers. Cross-functional collaboration, as well as managing suppliers and service providers, are essential tools in your daily work. Main responsibilities: Strategic Brand Execution at the POS: Develop and implement brand execution strategies and relevant KPIs to strengthen brand presence at the Point of Sale. Shopper & Customer Insights: Collaborate closely with market research to generate actionable shopper insights and profiles to support the sales organization. Activation & Promotional Planning: Design and execute activation plans along the customer journey, including consumer promotions and display activations. Growth Acceleration in the Pharmacy Channel: Identify and develop growth levers to positively influence purchasing and recommendation behavior in pharmacies. Sales Support & Revenue Growth: Analyze sales opportunities, close Net Sales gaps, and develop channel-specific purchase plans based on data and brand strategy. Sustainability & Digital Transformation: Drive sustainable POSM (Point of Sale Materials) solutions and digital transformation to enhance efficiency and achieve strategic goals. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Culture Development: Foster cross-functional teamwork, customer centricity, and a “Play to Win” culture across the organization. About you: Experience: Proven knowledge in Sales and Trade Marketing or Customer Marketing Excellence. Experience in cross-country collaboration is a plus. Background in FMCG and/or OTC healthcare is preferred. Skills: Experience Strong financial analysis skills required. Dynamic, results-driven personality with a hands-on approach. Adaptable to a fast-paced, high-growth, and evolving environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a true team player: approachable, energetic, responsive, confident, and honest. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 5+ years of experience in Trade & Shopper Marketing or Customer Marketing Excellence (or equivalent experience with a Bachelor’s degree).
