The Trade Supervisor is a Full-time position, based at Wantirna South, Victoria. Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager you’ll be supervising the maintenance department including planning. developing and improving all aspects of the site maintenance requirements.

In this role you will:

• Maintain safe systems of work in the workplace.
• Supervision of the maintenance team; Mechanical Fitters and Electricians.
• Oversee the daily maintenance plan, ensuring completion of work orders to allowed budget and resources. Allocation of resources for planned work and breakdowns.
• Inspections of plant to identify areas of improvement and safe practices.
• Work closely with operations team to deliver production goals.
• Maintaining spare parts inventory, reviewing and following up on parts to ensure planned repairs and maintenance are completed efficiently.
• Lead and manage continuous improvement projects to improve current processes, safety and operational standards.
• Assist with any mechanical breakdown and service required within the plant.

Your hours will be Monday to Friday. To be successful, you will need to have Mechanical qualification or similar.
