What you'll do: Diagnose and fix issues in live trading systems, reducing downtime during disruptions and keeping traders informed with timely status updates. Oversee real-time production environments, address irregularities promptly, and escalate issues when necessary. Enhance and maintain trading tools to align with the firm’s standard technologies and processes. Engage with technology teams to address deficiencies in tools and improve their functionality to better serve trading desks. Lead incident response efforts, conduct post-incident reviews, and implement improvements to enhance support processes. Qualifications and skills: Previous experience supporting traders and trading systems in a fast-paced environment, preferably at a market making firm BS/MS/BA degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Math, Economics, Finance, Physics, or related field Excellent problem solving and communication skills Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Ability to identify issues and implement solutions across multiple teams and trading systems Python programming skills are a plus, but not required
