As a Trade Support Analyst, within the Trade Support team, you will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of trade operations. Your responsibilities will include performing control reconciliations, investigating settlement issues, and driving process re-engineering and automation initiatives.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES, AND SKILLS
- Strong logical and analytical mindset, with the ability to think creatively and challenge existing processes
- Understanding of process flows, including the ability to analyze current flows, system linkages, and identify opportunities for improvement and streamlining
- Previous experience in the finance industry
- Availability to work from 10 am to 8 pm to accommodate business needs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES, AND SKILLS
- Proficiency in VBA
- Previous experience in operations roles

Responsibilities:
- Uploads market data to various risk management systems accurately and efficiently
- Conducts reconciliations against market sources to ensure data integrity
- Executes multiple control reconciliations to verify the accuracy of trading positions, including front office to middle office and middle office to back office reconciliations
- Investigates and resolves queries related to settlements and confirmations, providing effective solutions
- Generates and presents management statistics to support decision-making
- Participates in operations projects and handle ad hoc requests to support new initiatives and operations/technology enhancements, including new system implementations
