Job Description Key Responsibilities: • Provide first-line support for trading systems and workflows. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across multiple asset classes. • Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to ensure timely issue resolution. • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system release cycles. • Maintain a strong onsite presence to foster close relationships and operational efficiency. • Identify opportunities for system, service, or product improvements and drive enhancements. • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and a knowledge base for support troubleshooting and training initiatives.
