Trade Team Leader Location: Melbourne, Victoria Company: BGIS Technical Services (Self Perform) Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent (Mobile / On-Site)   The Role BGIS is seeking an experienced Trade Team Leader to lead and support our Self Perform trade team.   In this role, you’ll oversee daily service delivery, quoting, tendering, installations, and maintenance activities across commercial client facilities. You’ll be responsible for ensuring KPIs are met, compliance standards are upheld, and client expectations are consistently exceeded.   This is a hands-on leadership position — combining technical trade expertise with team supervision, client engagement, and operational oversight.
