We partner with our commercial customers, helping them manage their project with a ‘whole of build’ solution. We stock a select number of core builders’ lines, that allows our customers to build from the slab up. Everything from timber, insulation, cladding, windows, doors and appliances. Our Trade Centres take the pick/pack and delivery of these bulk products out of our store environment which allows our stores to focus on giving the best customer experience and supporting other trades. What’s involved: Provide friendly and helpful service to our customers, which include builders and trade specialists Merchandise and replenish products Pick and pack customer orders Organise deliveries and ensure customer orders are dispatched in full and on time Load and unload products on delivery trucks You’ll need: A genuine passion for customer service An ability to work in and contribute to a team Accuracy and attention to detail Open communication style A current forklift licence is preferable, however not essential When you’re ready to give this opportunity a Red Hot Go, all you’ll need to do is: Submit an application and complete an online chat interview (20 minutes) If successful, next step includes an online video interview (15 minutes) If you’re a match, we’ll invite you to an onsite meet and greet with our leaders (20 minutes) Nau mai, haere mai - you’ll be part of a workplace where you’ll feel like you belong.
