Description
Leadership of the regional Transaction Reporting MI & Usability teams in Bengaluru and Mumbai. Partner with technology and stakeholders to drive strategy, define business requirements and deliver innovative solutions via Agile change methodology and automation solutions. Manage the prioritisation of work and resources across the teams though sprint planning, Incremental Business Reviews and complex multi-stage delivery programmes. Drive the integration and adoption of automation solutions. Ensure strict adherence to change management policies and standards. Provide status updates to senior stakeholders across global locations. Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for team members. Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes to ensure solutions delivered remain current and effective. Experience of Change Management/Transformation within Transaction Reporting Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Ability to think commercially, understand the impact of initiatives and risks on the operational budget. Culture carrier and role model, representing and leading the Firm's core values to influence and motivate those around you. Experience of UX/UI design and implementation.
