Salary: $76,515 - $ 85,000 plus super

Hours: Full time-38 hours per week
Experience Required: Qualifications plus min 1 year in a relevant role
Visa Sponsorship: Nomination for a temporary work visa will be considered for eligible candidates.

Duties: Some of the duties you will be required to perform include

  • Prepare and set tables to ensure a welcoming and organised dining environment
  • Greet guests warmly, present menus and beverage lists, and provide recommendations as needed
  • Accurately take food and drink orders and communicate them efficiently to kitchen and bar staff
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Open and serve wine and other beverages by service standards
  • Clear tables, return dishes and cutlery to the kitchen, and maintain overall cleanliness of the dining area
  • Remove empty bottles and used glassware from tables; refill or replace as needed
  • Process customer payments using POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
  • Provide wine pairing recommendations and assist guests in making informed choices
