Responsibilities
  • Greeting and seating customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Presenting menus, taking orders, and providing detailed information about menu items and beverage lists in a professional manner.

· Accurately taking and relaying food and beverage orders to kitchen and bar staff through the POS system.

  • Serving food, beverages, and hot pot ingredients efficiently, ensuring presentation and timeliness meet high standards.Serving food and beverages promptly and efficiently
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and handling complaints courteously
  • Setting up tables, arranging decorations, with condiments, utensils, and dining accessories.and maintaining a clean dining area

· Clearing tables promptly, returning used dishes and utensils to the kitchen, and resetting for new guests.

· Monitoring tables to remove empty plates, refill beverages, and proactively attend to customer needs.

  • Coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely service
  • Processing payments and managing reservations

· Upholding Haidilao’s premium service culture, including attentive table service, problem-solving, and engaging in customer interaction.

· Opening bottles, pouring beverages, and preparing basic mixed drinks; assisting with wine and beverage service when required.
