Job Description Bertanggung jawab atas semua kegiatan penanganan transaksi di cabang dalam skema Trade Window, baik untuk fungsi counter maupun pre-processing/back office. Memastikan kelengkapan dan kebenaran atas penerimaan dokumen dan memastikan kelancaran dokumen yang telah diterima oleh Trade Window. Membina hubungan dan melakukan komunikasi dengan nasabah dengan pihak-pihak terkait seperti Trade Operation, Unit Bisnis, Operation Cabang, dll Memonitor proses telah sesuai SLA dan kualitas pelayanan transaksi trade cabang. Memastikan semua proses transaksi telah sesuai dengan prosedur atau Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) atau peraturan internal lainnya, peraturan pemerintah serta peraturan internasional. Melakukan penanganan keluhan nasabah atas transaksi yang diproses di Bank UOBI dengan pendekatan yang baik dalam usaha memberikan solusi terbaik dan menjaga kenyamanan nasabah dalam bertransaksi. Melakukan eskalasi jika diperlukan.
