SUMMARY:   The Traded Product Team Member is responsible for executing the full end-to-end traded product process, from reviewing work orders through packing, quality verification, and order closeout. This role ensures accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with established work instructions, while supporting the commercial and supply chain teams through timely and precise order fulfillment.   ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO):     * Order Review: Receive assigned work orders from the Traded Product Supervisor/Manager; review for material, item quantity, and packing instructions. * Material Verification: Pull correct material and move it to assigned workstation; obtain supervisor sign-off on material prior to starting packing activities. * Packing Execution: Accurately pack traded product orders according to work instructions, ensuring correct quantities per bag/box and proper packaging standards. * Documentation: Record completion details on work orders and submit for supervisor review/closeout. * Quality Check: Ensure material condition and packing meet internal standards; escalate any discrepancies, shortages, or quality concerns immediately. * Workstation Maintenance: Maintain clean, organized, and standardized workstations with all required tools and supplies available. * Process Adherence: Follow established traded product work instructions and contribute to process improvement suggestions. * Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisor, team members, and the commercial team regarding order status or issues. * Safety: Adhere to all safety policies and procedures in warehouse and packing environments.   EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:  * High school diploma or equivalent (Required) * Previous experience in warehouse, packing, or production environment (Preferred)   SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:  * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to follow standardized work instructions and processes * Basic computer literacy for work order processing and completion * Team-oriented with effective communication skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities   PHYSICAL DEMANDS and WORK ENVIRONMENT: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.   Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.     While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear.  The employee is routinely required to stand, walk, supervise, and conduct inventory audits, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms.  The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.  While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to a typical warehouse and manufacturing environment.
