Due to our record breaking years, we are looking to add a Trader Assistant to join our Crane Mat department. As a Trader Assistant, you’ll directly support our Traders by data entry, document creations & collection, and sales organization activities. This role will work closely with both Inventory Managers and Logistics Team VFP. Core responsibilities of this role: Order management and order tracking Creating and collecting Bill of Lading (BOL) documents Crafting and executing Rental Agreements Partnering with the Logistics team on real time order and delivery updates Project tracking large orders to provide updates on activities Updating customer listings to ensure accuracy Create and execute on marking strategies Education and/or Experience: Bachelor or Associate’s degree from a college or technical school preferred and/or previous professional experience in a highly skilled support function.
