Job Description Responsible for juice sales (focus on BT/CC/FS in China), achieve annual sales volume and price targets, increase LDC market share and profitability. Sales responsibility: Key role: lead sales to Bubble Tea, Coffee Chain and Food Service channels in China. sales to some juice bottlers in China sales to some clients in Asia (subject to company further arrangements) Our products : juice and juice by products, including orange, mandarin, lemon, lime, apple, peach, pear etc. Lead and Coordinate for good contract execution : Co-work with function dpt colleagues (execution, logistics, quality, production, planning etc.) to reach successful contract delivery, payment, customer service etc. Client: KA management and new clients development are both important 1/ build long term cooperation and excellent partnership with key clients; 2/ keep developing sales regarding new clients, new products, and new market channels Juice Position and Inventory Management 1/Good management of juice position and shipments + Demand Planning (DP) 2/ Efficient Inventory management to balance spot sales opportunity and carry cost. Good teamwork with colleagues in Rotterdam and Sao Paulo, including commercial, execution, SOP (production and planning), CS (customer service, quality, after sales complains) etc. to ensure efficient operation Assist regional platform head on commercial projects and new business developments etc. Qualifications 3+ Years’ sales experience preferably for commodity products in beverage & food industry OR 3+ Years’ experience in bubble tea industry & coffee chains for raw material juice purchase and sales Excellent sales and communication skills Very good understanding of sales and daily contract execution operations Fluent in English Skilled with office working tools excel, ppt etc. , capable of making presentation and reports efficiently Bachelor + degree, major in economics, international trade, marketing etc. related Additional Information Additional Information for the job What We Offer - A dynamic and stimulating international environment, which embraces diversity, equity and inclusion. - Learning & development opportunities. - Competitive compensation and benefits. - Insurance systems & schemes.
