That’s why we are looking for a dynamic Trader for our Pulp & Paper Department to help us expand our business in South America. If you’re passionate about international sales and want to contribute to our growth story, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Based in Antwerp, you will be a key member of our team, responsible for building and expanding a portfolio of profitable customers and transactions within South America. You will develop strong relationships with trusted suppliers and customers, while setting the strategic direction for your market and product portfolio. Regular travel to South America, as well as occasional global travel, will be an essential part of this role.
What do you need to be successful in your mission?

We are looking for an ambitious, results-driven sales professional with:

• At least 3 years of experience in a sales role at a renowned international company. Experience in the paper industry is an advantage, but not a must.
• A passion for international sales and an entrepreneurial mindset, with a flair for negotiation and communication.
• Fluency in English (Dutch and French are a plus).
• A proactive, flexible attitude, with the ability to work independently but also effectively collaborate with others.
• The ability to build strong relationships with people from diverse cultures, and the willingness to travel regularly to West Africa for clients and worldwide for suppliers and beyond.
• Hands-on and solution-driven, actively tackling operational challenges beyond just coordinating sales and purchase.
