WHAT’S THE ROLE ON OFFER?

Based onsite at the Alliance Airlines facilities, the Trades Assistant plays a critical role in supporting aircraft and component maintenance personnel to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

• Assist maintenance personnel with the efficient and economical performance of assigned duties, ensuring all tasks are completed in accordance with the Aircraft Maintenance Organisation Exposition Policies and Procedures.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the Company Safety and Security Policy & Procedures, ensuring all actions adhere to applicable regulations and company standards.
• Promote and uphold a high standard of quality, safety, and security compliance, as outlined in the Alliance Airlines Company Safety Manual.
• Support the safety and security reporting processes within the eSMS framework, encouraging active participation from all staff.
• Ensure compliance with OH&S and environmental regulations in accordance with state law, promoting a safe and secure work environment for all personnel.

This position requires a proactive approach to maintaining safety, security, and operational excellence while supporting the overarching goals of the maintenance team.
