This is a full time role, based in Box Hill, you will be responsible for providing quality maintenance service, as a qualified trades assistant (General Maintenance), on corrective and preventative tasks. You will be part of the Facilities team and report to the Facilities Supervisor - Eastern.

You will have well-developed communications and interpersonal skills, working with talented team members and able to influence stakeholders at all levels while providing the best in a supportive environment.

You will have:

• Qualified trades assistant or equivalent experience in a Facilities Maintenance role.
• Or experienced trades person i.e. Painter, Plasterer or Carpenter etc.
• 5 years working in a facility environment for Healthcare / Retail or Commercial Maintenance
