  We are looking for a Trades Assistant and Civil Construction workers to join an excellent WA local business to build the future and maintain our future. If you are an experienced TA and/or Civil construction worker looking to advance in their career with a great team, this is the role for you.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• White Card (Construction Induction) – Mandatory
• Certificate II or III in Civil Construction (preferred)
• Perth Airport Inductions (PAPL) - HIGHLY regarded
• Basic tool-handling skills or mechanical aptitude
• Forklift licence and/or plant machinery tickets – Highly regarded
• Previous experience in construction, mining, or workshop environments (preferred)
• Driver’s licence – Required for most roles
• Physically fit, safety-focused, and reliable
• Ability to work as part of a team and take direction

ABOUT THE ROLE:

You will be joining our Perth, WA team. Dependent on your position, we have roles available across the following environments:

• Civil Construction Sites
• Workshop-based Operations
• FIFO mining and construction projects
• Potential for shift work, overtime, and night shifts may be required
• Exposure to outdoor conditions, noise, and dust

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with civil works including roads, bridges, trenching, and drainage
• Use hand and power tools in workshop and onsite settings
• Assist with repairs, installations, and maintenance
• Operate or support operation of plant and machinery (if licensed)
• Site preparation, material handling, and equipment movement
• Set up/dismantle temporary signage, barricades, and safety systems
• Maintain clean and hazard-free work areas
• Support general workshop activities including equipment setup and inventory handling
