POSITION SUMMARY:

The Trades Manager is responsible for leading and supporting our field service teams across all trades—Electrical, Generator, HVAC, and Plumbing. This role ensures that daily operations run smoothly, jobs are completed efficiently, and customers receive top-tier service. It’s a hands-on leadership position ideal for someone with a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for team development.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prior leadership or management experience in a service-based environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced setting.
  • Familiarity with scheduling, dispatching, and service software.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Trade licenses or certifications are a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and support field technicians across all service divisions.
  • Oversee daily scheduling, dispatching, and job completion.
  • Ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with office staff to streamline communication and job flow.
